Terms of service

Introduction

Welcome to Generative BI, a SaaS web app that provides business intelligence solutions for our users. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your use of the App and any related services that we may provide to you (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Service, as they represent a legally binding agreement between you and Generative BI.

License and restrictions

User account

You agree to notify Generative BI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Data ownership and confidentiality

You retain ownership of all data that you upload to the Service. Generative BI will not disclose your data to any third party, except as required by law or with your consent. We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality of your data.

Fees and payment

We may charge fees for the use of certain features of the Service. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with the payment terms provided to you. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and other government charges associated with your use of the Service.

The Service and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of Generative BI or its licensors. You may not use any trademarks, service marks, or logos of Generative BI without our prior written consent.

Warranty and disclaimer

Generative BI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Generative BI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generative BI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

Generative BI may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service and destroy all copies of the Service in your possession.

Governing law and dispute resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Generative BI is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration tribunal.

Changes to terms

Generative BI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting revised
